G-AKVF is a Chrislea Super Ace built in Exeter in 1948.  Probably the second or third British tricycle aircraft.  One of only two flyers left in the world.  Used by the Flying Club of Lahore 1951 - 1958 and then flown back to England. 

 

Airframe: total hrs 650.  Engine: Gypsy Major 10, strip inspection and Top overhaul, Camshaft and Big end bearings changed approx. 90hrs ago. (official hrs are approx. 1380).  Electric starter.
Icom panel mounted radio, Mode 'C'  Xponder.  Welded steel construction, Ceconite covered with a complete rebuild in 1982 - Concours winner.

Current Permit a/c, licensed for 2 seats.

Fuel capacity 35gals. Cruise 90kts.

Flying Shares - two relatively experienced pilots to join the existing duo to help spread the costs as we want to keep it flying. Possible basis: Monthly Charge £50 and £90 an hour wet- NO capital outlay required. (n.b. these costs might change downwards depending on number in group and utilisation).
